Yesterday, the tribunal judiciaire de Paris dismissed Motorola’s attempts to contest the competence and jurisdiction of the French Tribunal in order to escape its responsibility for the massive fraud it has committed against the UZAN family.
Recap: A tort action damages claim had been launched by Hakan Uzan and Cem Uzan (Claimants) at the tribunal Judiciaire de Paris in January of 2021 against Motorola for fraudulent practice carried out on a massive scale since September of 2005, for the amount of 160 million USD.
