Financial Times Uzan family to sue groups including Motorola and Vodafone for $68bn.png

The Uzan family, Turkish industrialists residing in France, have just sued Motorola  (NYSE:MSI), Vodafone  (LON:VOD), the Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF)  and a group of 60 individual and corporate defendants for fraudulent embezzlement.

The defendants include such prominent names as, Heidelberg Cement  (HEIG.DE) in Germany; Suzan Sabanci, Ferit Sahenk, Aydin Dogan, Nihat Özdemir, and Nazif Zorlu in Turkey; Cementir  Holding (CEM.MI) a Dutch Cement Conglomerate trading on the Italian stock exchange, and others .
