20 September 2022 mise en éta (procedural hearing) took place, whilst the Defenandants wanted more time, the Court resolved that ALL REMAINING DEFENDANTS, VODAFONE, SABANCI FAMILY, DOGAN FAMILY, SAHENK FAMILY, and the others
(except TMSF and Motorola - who had to submitt their defense by the 12 September) have to give their Defense by 6 December. A hearing has been shceduled for 6 December to plan the continuation of the Case.
